Located in the heart of Ajax, we are a vibrant community of integrative (alternative/ complimentary) health care providers whose purpose is to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. We do this holistically (meaning body, mind and soul are all considered as equally important aspects of you) and by working together, with and for you.

We provide services for the whole family from pregnancy, through infancy and childhood, adulthood and menopause and beyond. (and we can even help your pets too!)

We offer one on one services such as Homeopathy, Massage Therapy, Reiki, Acupuncture, Reflexology, and Spiritual Psychotherapy.

Group classes include Meditation, Yoga (adult, fertility, pre-natal, and children's yoga), Art Therapy, Special interest classes, and Wee Hands Baby Sign Language. (Private classes of yoga and mediation are also available by appointment.)

We participate in many events in our community and are available for lunch and learns or health and wellness days at your office.

Corporate Wellness Services include on-site health care services and physical activity (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly); lunch and learns; workshops; and special events (such as health and wellness days) Please contact us for more information.
